Everything a coffee point needs, from one supplier.
Five services that work as one. Take all of them, or the ones you are missing.
Coffee supply
Whole bean and capsule coffee, tea, hot chocolate and toppings, supplied in case formats built for commercial use rather than for a shelf.
What separates this from a delivery service is how the quantity is decided. Every location we supply has a measured daily consumption, and orders are calculated from it: enough stock to cover the interval until the next route reaches you, plus a safety buffer, rounded to whole cases. Not what you ordered last time, and not what someone guesses on the day.
The result is fewer emergency runs, less capital sitting in a cupboard, and no site that quietly runs out on a Thursday.
- Whole bean, capsule, ground; tea, chocolate and toppings
- Quantities calculated from each location's real consumption
- Stock cover planned around the delivery cycle
- Documented deliveries, consolidated invoicing across locations
Machines
The right machine for a site is a function of volume, space, water and who is going to press the button. A location doing forty cups a day and one doing four hundred should not be running the same equipment, and a machine operated by rotating shift staff needs to be forgiving in ways a barista-operated machine does not.
We place super-automatic and traditional equipment, with grinders, water treatment and accessories, and we install and commission it properly — plumbing, water hardness, recipes, grind, staff walkthrough.
Commercial models
Which one is right depends on your volume and how long you want to commit for. We will tell you honestly when rental costs you more than buying.
- Purchase — you own the machine, we install and service it.
- Rental — a fixed monthly fee, service included, no capital outlay.
- Placement — we provide the machine against a coffee supply agreement.
Technical service
A coffee machine is a promise made to every customer who walks in. Service is how the promise is kept.
We work on a preventive schedule rather than waiting for the call: descaling, seals, group cleaning, water filter changes and calibration at set intervals, because almost every expensive failure announces itself first as a small one. When something does break, repairs are done by technicians trained on the equipment we place, and common parts are held in stock in Chișinău so a repair is not waiting on an import.
Every machine we service has a record: what was done, when, by whom, and what was replaced. You can see it, and so can the next technician.
- Scheduled preventive maintenance, logged per machine
- Repairs and spare parts, held locally
- Water treatment and filter management
- Cleaning protocols and staff training
Cups and consumables
The cup is the only part of the operation your customer actually holds, and a thin cup that scalds a hand undoes a good drink.
We supply double-wall cups across the range — 100 ml for espresso, 200 ml for americano, 250 ml for latte and cappuccino, 350 ml for tea and larger drinks — with lids, sugar sticks, stirrers and napkins, and foldable 2- and 4-cup carriers for takeaway. Cups and packaging can be printed to your design.
Delivery and routes
Supply only works if it arrives. We run our own vehicles on planned routes covering the whole country, on a cycle, so replenishment happens without anyone having to ask for it.
Each delivery is documented and reconciled against what was ordered, and for clients with several locations the ordering, delivery and invoicing are consolidated — one process instead of one per site.
- Scheduled national routes
- Own fleet and drivers
- Documented, reconciled deliveries
- Consolidated ordering and invoicing across locations
How an engagement works
-
We look at the site
Volume, footfall, space, water, who will operate the machine. Fifteen minutes on site tells us more than a questionnaire.
-
You get a proposal
Equipment, coffee, consumables and service terms, with the cost laid out. No obligation attached.
-
Installation and training
We install, commission, set the recipes and train your staff on the machine and the cleaning routine.
-
We keep it running
Scheduled deliveries, scheduled maintenance, and one number to call when something is wrong.
What we need from you
Nothing complicated, but the proposal is only as good as this:
If you do not have the numbers, we will come and look. Fifteen minutes on site is worth more than a questionnaire.
- Where the locations are, and how many
- Roughly how many drinks a day each one sells, if you know
- What equipment is there now, and who owns it
- Whether there is plumbing and drainage at the counter
- Who will operate the machine — trained staff, or whoever is on shift
Questions
Do I have to buy the machine?
What happens when a machine breaks?
Do you work outside Chișinău?
How small a client will you take?
Can you supply cups printed with our brand?
Who trains our staff?
Can we order without phoning anyone?
We run many locations. Can you handle central ordering and one invoice?
Let's work out what your locations actually need.
Tell us the sites, the volumes and what is not working today. You will get a proposal with numbers in it.
