Velora Grup exists because of a practical problem. Keeping coffee flowing across a network of more than ninety retail locations — each with a machine, staff who are not baristas, and customers who will simply drive on if the machine is out — turns out not to be a purchasing exercise. It is a logistics, maintenance and information problem.

Solving it took route planning, consumption forecasting, spare parts held locally, technicians who could be somewhere the same week, and eventually software, because no spreadsheet survives that many locations.

Velora Grup was formed to hold that capability and to offer it to other businesses. The company is registered in Chișinău and operates nationally.

Measure, do not guess. Every location has a real consumption figure, and orders, stock cover and route plans come from it. Most of the waste in coffee supply — dead stock in one place, emergency deliveries to another — comes from ordering by habit.

The machine is a promise. Preventive maintenance beats heroic repair. A service schedule that looks excessive is cheaper than one Saturday of a dead machine in a busy location.

Evidence over assurance. Work that leaves no record did not happen in any way that can be relied on. Checks are confirmed with evidence, and machines carry their own history.

Say what is actually true. Including when a service is still in development, when rental would cost you more than buying, or when the problem is not the machine but the cleaning routine. It costs a sale occasionally and saves the relationship regularly.
