Velora Grup

Work on an operation that actually runs.

Machines in the field, routes on the road, software in production. Not a plan for next year.

Who we look for

Service technicians. The core of the company. You will work on professional coffee equipment across the country — installations, preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repair. Experience with commercial coffee machines is ideal; a background in appliance, vending or industrial equipment repair transfers well and we will train you on the rest. A driving licence is required.

Delivery drivers and logistics staff. Planned national routes, documented deliveries, and real responsibility for what arrives where. Category B licence; category C an advantage.

Key account managers. Commercial work with HoReCa and retail clients: site assessments, proposals, and owning the relationship afterwards. This is a consultative sale — understanding a client's throughput and constraints matters far more than closing technique.

Warehouse and supply staff. Stock, picking, route preparation, reconciliation.

Backend engineers. Python and FastAPI on PostgreSQL, building the platform that runs the operation — ordering, asset register, service tickets, integrations with machine vendor APIs. Small team, production system, short distance between a decision and its consequences.

Why here

The work is real and the scale is real: equipment in the field across the country, routes running daily, a platform in production. That means what you do is visible quickly — a service process you improve shows up in machine uptime, a route change shows up in kilometres, a feature you ship is used by people at counters the next week.

You will be trained on professional equipment from the manufacturers we work with, and on systems most companies in this market do not have. The company is young, which means the job you are hired into is not necessarily the job you will have in two years.

We are candid about the other side of it: a young company means processes still being written, and the work involves travel across the country and occasional urgent call-outs. If you want a fixed desk and a settled routine, this will frustrate you.

How to apply

Send a CV and a short note about what you have worked on to info@veloracoffee.md. If you are applying for a technical role, tell us what equipment you have had your hands inside — brands and models say more than job titles.

We read everything and reply to everyone, including when the answer is no. If there is a fit, the process is a conversation, a practical discussion of real work, and a decision — usually inside two weeks.

Let's work out what your locations actually need.

Tell us the sites, the volumes and what is not working today. You will get a proposal with numbers in it.
